Scope

We are looking for entrepreneurial partnerships which benefit the companies in which we invest, e.g. to

• Strengthen the equity base
• Provide expansion capital
• Solve the successor issue
• Transfer funds from the company to the private sphere
• Expand the entrepreneurial base
• Provide access to national and international networks
• Accompany and prepare an IPO.

We do not rule out any industries and have no minimum investment criteria. Important for us are a convincing business concept and attractive opportunities for the company in the medium term. We invest during different stages of a company’s development, ranging from early stage companies to established pre-IPO firms.
