Philosophy

We are private investors who invest their own funds and therefore fully share risk and opportunity with the entrepreneur. Our setup provides us with the necessary independence and flexibility to make fast decisions.

We chose this setup to align our interests as an investor with those of the entrepreneur and provide the optimal base for growing the company value. It is our goal to create value for our partners.

We do not view ourselves as providing merely capital. We see ourselves as entrepreneurs who are seeking entrepreneurial partnerships. The degree to which we participate in a company’s management is determined by the needs of the company. While we generally do not act as operational managers, we can help in the areas of general management, finance, organization, strategy or selection of personnel, for example. Key to all our investment decisions is last but not least the ‘chemisty’ between our potential partners and us.
